One of our eigth grade classes (8a.) recently held theme days entittled “Half a pig, a cook and a butcher.” The Slaughterhouse School of Roskilde came by for a visit to Institut Sankt Joseph in order to participate in this event.
Here are some pictures of the children in the school kitchen on the first day of the project.
