When a student is absent due to illness for more than three days, we ask that parents write a message to the child´s teacher on our intranet.

The school asks that parents only take students out of class if necessary. If it is necessary, and for a duration of up to five school days, please notify the class teacher of your plans. In cases of absence of more than five days, please contact the school administration at isj@sanktjoseph.dk.

We kindly ask parents to plan holidays and travel in weeks that correspond to school holidays.

When students are absent from school, it is not the responsibility of the school to make sure that the missing work is completed. Parents can keep updated onwhat is going on in the class through the intranet. It is not expected that teachers will provide extra services in these circumstances.
