Dear parents and children,

We are approaching the date for our annual school summer party.

We would therefore like to invite you to a picnic in our school yard on June 18th 5pm- 7:30pm.

We have our fingers crossed for a beautiful summer’s evening so that we can all sit outside in the schoolyard, where we will set up tables and benches.

We can’t guarantee that there will be enough seats for everyone, so it is a good idea to bring along a picnic blanket.

The well-being group or PTA members of each class will be responsible for planning and delegating what food to bring.

Barbecues will be available to cook the meat you bring. It will also be possible to buy sofa, beer and wine.

During the evening, there will be musical performances, and there will be several stalls, where you will be able to buy the school’s popular sweatshirt among other things.

In the event of rain, each class and parents will eat in their classroom. The music will be found in the big gym, and the stalls under the roofed area of the schoolyard.
